Flying out of Auckland? Don’t use APark if you need airport parking! Thanks Sophie for your help!

I finally got my money refunded in full from APark on 30 June after sending yet another email to the director of the company after we returned home from overseas. Not even a partial refund before this despite my notice being given more than 72 hours as required before we would have dropped off our car.
The only change I can see on the APark website is that the word total has been removed before the word price. See:
https://www.apark.nz/prices.html
I do not advise anyone to use this “Park and Ride” company.

I do not recommend you use APark!

The company has a number of false or misleading statements on its website which I believe breach the NZ Fair Trading Act.

Spread the news about Apark!

Bad Publicity is the best way to stop shonky business practices!

Apark claims to be the cheapest. It’s “total price” appears cheap until the company adds GST. The total price should of course have included GST.
